Buying a house with Mel Clay

I found Mel to be a genuine, down to earth and very knowledgeable about the Taumarunui area and surrounding districts. Mel has made purchasing a home easy and reasonably stress free. I chose to use Mel after wasting precious time and energy on an agent who was useless to say the least and am so glad I did. At every stage of the purchase Mel has been available and quick to get things done. I would highly recommend Mel to anyone looking for a home in the Taumarunui area and can quite comfortably say that you will have a smooth and pleasant experience. I am looking forward to finally meeting Mel at handover to give her the big hug she deserves from my little family. When I buy another property in the area it will most definitely be through Mel Clay.
