I can't thank Mel enough for her positive, can-do attitude during my selling journey. She simply delivers with a sense of humor and a smile. Nothing is too much trouble and Mel was always happy to jump in at any time to make things happen. Even offering to walk me through the auction process, so I knew what to expect when it was my time at auction. Very respectful of my home and fastidious in making sure she left everything as she found it. I felt it was in very safe hands. I really appreciated Mel spending extra time with me, her reassurance and support. It's not everyday you go through the selling process and having somebody who understands the emotions was invaluable, through the ups and downs. Very approcahable, listening to my concerns and answering questions, even the same question multiple times with grace and understanding. I would happily work with Mel again in the future.
