It was my "first home" deal and this says it all. I wouldn't be expected to have any experience in purchasing a property. Meghan ensured he was available anytime to answer my queries and not only that, he guided me with all his experience in this process, from putting an offer to getting the inspection done and managing the deal with the vendor. He dealt the matters very professionally. I really appreciate his and his team's efforts and would rate him high.
Brian and Evana are both outstanding agents to work with. They are both skilled listeners and negotiators, with very in-depth knowledge of the local market around West Auckland. Their negotiating skills are excellent between both the vendor and the buyer which is very important in the realestate bussiness. They sold us a property only within weeks of it being listed on the market at the time. The 'timing was pitch perfect' as the sale was completed before our plans to go oveseas on holiday and also completed before covid-19 had us all locked down in NZ.
