As a recent migrant and therefore not so knowledgeable about the processes of buying a house, I can say Meghan was just AMAZING. He held our hand from start to finish. He was always within reach anytime and I mean ANYTIME. Even after settlement, he still guided us to where we can get curtains for our new house etc; not to forget to say how knowledgeable he is about the housing market. The paperwork was horrendous, the negotiations between the two parties were exhausting (I am a full time PhD student with 3 kids 5yrs and under and a have a full time job just to give you a wee insight of busy life) but Meghan took this weight on as if it were him buying the house.
