We would like to thank Megan Taylor very much for all her hard work in preparing our family home for sale, and the very successful outcome. This home has been in the family for several decades, and there was a lot that needed to be done to prepare it for sale, both practically and administratively. From the start Megan was attentive and patient with our elderly parents, and neither them nor us ever felt pressured. Even though it was very difficult trying to sell a family home during lockdown, Megan gave us all the time we needed, but at the same time maintaining communication and providing all the information that was needed, giving us all options to help decide what worked best for our family. Her warm demeanor was always reassuring. The family was very impressed with Megan’s marketing skills. Not only did she help prepare the house for sale, to highlight its best features and make it look great in-person, but also produced some amazing promotional materials. The brochures, newspapers placings and blurbs were all very impressive, but we especially liked the promotional video that she had created and added to her website with its aerial shots highlighting the property’s best attributes. Megan was always professional, warm and friendly. She was very organised with updates on open numbers and interest, working really hard for the multiple vendors. Megan always exceeded our expectations, and all parties were all very happy with the outcome. We recommend Megan without any hesitation.

Selling a house can be stressful especially as during the process we went into a level 4 lockdown.
