Great service to us as the buyers

Being in a part of town dominated by unit titled properties it was not easy for the Team to find recent comparable sales of stand alone housing with similar zoning . They did not over quote and did an excellent job. Megan and Amelia continued to amase us with their approach to the sale . They both went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions . Most impressive was their offer to give the property a final "once over" at the end of the 4 week campaign. As we were absentee owners this was very much appreciated.
