Megan is an absolute expert and ultimate professional in her field. We live in Auckland and so finding someone who knows the local area and market, whilst being a clear, timely and frank communicator to do the best for us and our property was really important. We are so glad we found Megan. Having a previously tenanted property we required quite a few trades to go through to get it market ready and Megan was incredible as our go-to person on the ground to arrange access, provide feedback to us around progress and flag new issues.
