Megan Howell-Love helped us sell my grandparents family home of 45 years. All dealings with Megan are so easy and pleasant. The builders report for the property showed the property needed significant work. Megan thought outside the box and came up with creative ideas to gain more interest in the property. Calling around local builders that may have been interested in a project or were able to offer solutions to the issues. Megan and her husband George work very well together and make a high performing team. When the open homes had finished and the property went to auction we were extremely happy with the result with the property selling at auction and achieving a fantastic price. Megan and George worked extremely hard to get a fantastic result for us. Having to work with a difficult property in a challenging market. We could not be happier with the outcome.
