Megan has been amazing from start to finish. She is so professional, we felt we were in very capable hands. With her kind and approachable manner she made this experience much less stressful for us. Megan has explained everything to us throughout the process, and she achieved an excellent result, beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Megan, and if selling again I would contact her, both for her handling of the selling process and for her results.

We felt like we bonded with Megan and she understood our needs. Megan is the reason why we went with Total Realty. Megan made it a bearable experience compared to when we have sold previously. Clear guidance, and achieved a good result, within an amazing timescale.

Had very good experience with Total Realty previously. Pleasant interaction with the whole selling process, good communication with explaining the process, very good at keeping us informed the whole way through. We feel Megan was brilliant with answering all our questions

As well as the lower fees which was very appealing, we were also very impressed with Megan. She didn't over-inflate the sale price expectations and was very realistic with her suggestions and comments before going to market. It has been over 25 years since we were last involved with selling a house and a lot has changed and Megan provided us with expert guidance and advice throughout the process. Megan advised we go with a deadline sale, which we did, and it worked. The house sold after receiving multiple offers. Megan kept us informed every step of the way and was always pleasant to deal with. As the property was an estate, it involved extra steps from a legal perspective and she dealt with it all with no issues. We were very happy with the final sale price.
