We decided to use Harcourts as they had a local office. Don't think our expectations regarding the pricing of the house were managed very well at all. There didn't appear to be a real marketing strategy after the auction. To be honest, it felt like the only plan was to keep reducing the price of the property. Over all we both felt very underwhelmed by the whole experience.
