Well presented and eager to get to work. Polite, well mannered and a sense of humour. Mayad convinced us that auction was the best way to sell our house despite resistance from us. It turns out that he was right and managed to secure several bidders on the day. Mayad and the auction team did a great job securing an unconditional sale and a bit more than we had hoped for. Would we use Mayad again? Definitely.
