I recently bought a townhouse and Max was the agent representing the developer/builder. Unlike many agents who tend to be quite "pushy", Max was very patient when I struggled to decide on the price etc. He was very prompt to get the necessary answers to questions which helped me make the decision to go unconditional with the sale. After the sale went unconditional, he went the extra mile to ensure I can gain access to the house for drapes measurement and viewing with my property management agent. He has given me the confidence that he will follow through with what he has agreed to in our conversations. I wish him the very best in his future endeavours and will definitely use his service should I need to buy or sell a property in Christchurch. Of course, he will be the salesperson whom I will refer my friends to use.
