Maura was able to look realistically at my property and understand my (downsizing) objectives. She identified that I was ambivalent about many properties and found one that suited me perfectly even though some work was required. I was open to this and it has proven to be a great decision. That done, she focussed on selling my property as the market was moving, working hard to identify prospective buyers and especially with the eventual purchasers, who she identified very early on as 'the ones'. Her judgement was spot on. She visited with the buyers on a number of occasions no matter their request and worked with my trustees and lawyers in the same, professional way. Nothing was a trouble. Maura's assistance in setting up for open homes was invaluable as well. 'Group and stack' becoming the bywords for the somewhat cluttered arrangement of books, ornaments and whatever in the house. Finally, Maura's commination was spot on. Not too much but always being available by text or email as well as the more formal updates that are part of the process. This helped to alleviate the stress that inevitably arises during this process and I think also helped with the grief of leaving a family home. there was goodwill on all sides. I'd recommend her to any vendor or purchaser.

You could say that no one is perfect, but Maura has come very close to that with her professionalism and all of the work she did in helping us to sell our home, she was just awesome, and we are very pleased with how she handled this sale. Daryll and Jo
