Professional and personable

Matthew was the secondary selling agent, but we ended up working with him far more than the primary agent. We really enjoyed working with him and he really understood and appreciated the property. We visited multiple times and he was very patient and seemed to know when to tag along and when to give us space. He either answered all our questions or noted them down and followed up later via email or phone. We brought tradies and inspectors along on our visits and Matthew took notes on all the discussions. Although they were done for the vendor, he also provided them to us which was really helpful. Eventually we will be selling our current property and we will likely end up using Matthew. He was both very professional and personable.
