I recently got Matt to sell my property between Te Awamutu and Cambridge. The market hadn't been particularly kind - but Matt and I formed a plan, and he ran with it. He promoted the property well, and set up open days every weekend - up until the property went unconditional. Trying to sell at the low in the market wasn't easy, but Matt was dedicated to the task - always informing me of the level of interest, and following up leads until he completed the deal.
