Selling a section is definitely different from selling a home buyers really need to use their imagination to visualise the final product. Matthew and his team went above and beyond from the marketing of our section to taking potential buyers to view no matter what the weather threw at them. The communication was 10/10 we were always updated in detail and never felt out of the loop. Suggestions were made on maintaining the section and were appreciated to support the sale of the section.
