Matt was efficient and friendly.

Matt was responsive to requests and allowed us to visit the property with a builder friend prior to the settlement date. He also responded to queries that we had in a timely manner, in consultation with the sellers and helped resolve some issues as they arose. However there was conflicting information regarding the time of the Deadline sale, which caused us to feel rushed in finalising our offer.
