I found Matt to be a man of his word, and very obliging with his advise and help. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication lines were kept well open at all times. He was very prompt with any queries etc and was a good liaison between myself and the vendor. Good advise and help was forthcoming, and I always felt at ease dealing with him. Matt was brilliant from the appraisal to the sale, he put the effort in to get buyers to open homes and once there was an offer on the table he worked incredibly hard to get it over the line.
