Matt gave a very realistic valuation for our property which was exactly what we achieved. While home view numbers were low the purchasers negotiated very easily for a satisfactory sale. We were overseas during the final sale negotiations but it was easy communications and signing process with everything on line. Matt is very nice to work with and 100% professional.
