Very professional. The team was focused on the seller and I always felt confident the team were focused on the best possibly outcome for me. Also, my real estate agent Matt Ryder was brilliant. We had confirmed buyers for the Auction and none of them bidded. Given I live off the rental income and reside overseas, it was a very stressful time. At the last minute, Matt found a buyer who was unconditional, during a very uncertain 'buyers' market. Extremely grateful intend!! Alastair Watts

Great communication, friendly and reliable. Honest approach. Nothing was a problem. He made our experience stress free! Lisa & Murray

We chose Matt Ryder to sell our property at Selwyn Street, Somerfield Christchurch. He was absolutely on to it and his advice as tho how the property was marketed was hugely helpful. We were thrilled with the result with the property sold by auction and price exceeded our expectations. Thanks Matt and would definitely recommend you to both friends and family.

The effort Matt put into the sale of my property was beyond my personal expectations. Not only was he on top of everything that needed to be done, he was in constant communication with me and I was kept informed right through, making appropriate suggestions and recommendations. Matt also managed the liaison with several third parties involved, which required a lot of back-and-forth contact. My personal view is he went beyond the call of duty although he modestly claimed it was all "part of the job"! Thanks Matt!
