Great understanding of our needs and matching that to the market

We chose Matt to sell our house based on previous experience with Matt and the Powers Realty team. We were after a point of difference in a market that seemed crowed with the same sales approach and marketing material. We wanted our house to stand out from that as soon as we went on sale. This happened with prospective purchasers requesting appraisals before signs were up. We achieved a sale and the price we wanted from the first open home as well alternate strong buyer interest.
