Excellent communicator who looks out for first home buyers

Everytime we got in contact with Matt he always answered and was able to help us understand what was going on. He was understanding of us and made every conversation understandable for both my partner and I. Matt went above and beyond for us with this property keeping us in the loop or gave us answers that our lawyer wouldn't. He went out of his way to sort out a problem with SolarZero that got confusing for us and made sure we understood what we were getting into, even giving suggestions around the situation.
