Matt went over and above from start to finish with this long winded sale.

The sale of this property was complicated as it was part of a subdivision where the covenants, water access, titles etc were all unfinished. Matt helped me work through these issues as my husband was terminally ill at the time of negotiations. Matt showed huge understanding and respect throughout and was forever complimenting me on my efforts to present the property for sale.
