From getting an expert photographer in, and having a drone video posted of our environment of our unique setting, Matt has provided us with top level marketing. He provided weekly written reports over the active selling period, did a good balance of open homes and private viewings and made regular phone contact. Always ready to talk thins through and stepped up several times to deal with the council, a tradesman and the lawyer, saving me any anxiety or hassle. In every way he went beyond requirements to make it an easy process and have kept the momentum going, plus realistic down to earth encouragement. He is a mature and warm hearted man, staying professional at all times and explained things very well. Great people skills too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him highly: we had total trust in him and will be forever great full how he swept us through to a triumphant sale in difficult selling times.
