Great communicator by phone, always responsive. Knows the local area and market very well. Understands what it takes to sell a house, and will work with you to ensure you are comfortable with every aspect along the way. We completely trusted the advice Matt gave us which helped us get the house to a good level to sell without the need to spend thousands. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed working with Matt, who knew us and knew would work to get the best deal for us. Would highly recommend working with Matt.
