Wide boy aura but honest and professional in every way

Matt was well informed about the property, although there were a couple of exceptions, both I think due to the vendors and not the agent. He was always prompt to follow up on any issues and while acting for the vendor was also clear about what should be an industry standard once the sale was unconditional. He was very thorough on the walk through once the property went unconditional, which I appreciated as I would not have identified some of the faults he spotted. He has stayed in touch to ensure that the settlement went ahead without problems. He has also been helpful post-settlement by offering contact and advice on alterations, which is above and beyond what we would expect. Matt takes his role as an Agent very seriously and wants to build long term relationships with Vendors and Buyers. We would work with him again.
