Matt helped the reviewer sell this property

A pleasure to work with Matt Gilmour

Matt was extremely professional guiding us through the house sale of my late mother. It was obviously a sad time for us but Matt with his local knowledge and expert advice moved everything along smoothly. I must add that Matt went beyond any other real estate agent I have dealt with even water blasting the house among other things (we all live some distance from Orewa some overseas). Brilliant. Thank you Matt Joan
