Matt was great to deal with when we purchased our property. We had viewed at an open home, and over the following week before auction we wanted to view again and again and bring our builder through, bring the kids through, nothing was a problem. Very good property knowledge, street and district knowledge, very personable young man, no pressure, we would highly recommend.
The process of purchasing our new property was a little messy at times, with the property changing Realter company and agents after we had gone under contact with it (conditional on the sale of our home). It was a bit confusing as to who we we were meant to be contacting going forward but once a connection with Matt was established things were really smooth. He was a great communicator beit via phone call or text, which we appreciated because negotiations went back and forth for a while. We really appreciated Matt's support when we were moving in to the home too, he was there to help us move some heavy boxes in the first couple of trips and even organised some meal kits for when we had moved in. It was a really lovely touch. He has great knowledge of the area we moved too which has also been great. Thanks Matt we really appreciate all of your help.
We were very pleased with our decision to select Matt as our agent. We interviewed 3 agents and selected Matt as he resonated best with all of us. We particularly liked that he didn’t talk down to any of us and listened well to the different issues at play.
