This is the 3rd property that Matt Gibson has marketed for us and once again his Professional skills and experience he applies get the sale across the line is outstanding. Even though the current market proved to be difficult, Matt persevered with open homes and still managed to bring 3 contracts to the table. We would highly recommend Matt to take on the sale of any property as his years of experience over other agents is second to none.
