Hard working, great communicator, total dedication to selling your home

Getting the right agent/ partner to work with us was very important seeing we would be out of Auckland through this campaign. We absolutely had to have transparency and a great communicator for this to work. Matt's feedback and communication was on point and at no stage were we left wondering. Looking back, Matt was communicating daily, we felt fully involved through the entire process. Matt worked tirelessly to ensure the house was presented as well as it could be, even staying to water the garden, mow lawns and tidy a few things up. The great photos, and brilliantly presented marketing material ensured plenty of interest from the outset – 132 groups through the house was massive and somehow he managed to report on every group. Towards the end of the campaign we ran into a couple of issues around consents but Matt's urgency, and his straight up no nonsense approach allowed us to quickly get things back on track for the Auction. The result was very satisfactory, multiple bidders producing an excellent result. Thank you Matt for your professionalism, your energy and your dedication to selling our house.
