Matt answered an email I sent to him re a section. He rang me back 15 minutes later, then sent emailed all the information I adked for. I turned up on to look at the section on a public holiday. He was there to show me round. Matt was asked if he got an offer to let me know, which he did. So offer made and agreement accepted.
