Professional, and not pushy, but can close a deal!

Engaging Matt happened by chance, but if I was in the market again it would definitely be a choice! There are many things I like and respect about Matt. Most important, there was no blag - he gave us an accurate and realistic assessment (at every stage). There was optimism but no oversell. Second most important, Matt was super generous with his time. He answered calls, texts, emails promptly and cheerfully (even though some were probably inconvenient), and regularly provided feedback about the level of interest in, or observations about, the house. He did not hesitate to accommodate late visitors to open homes or people that wanted a long look. Matt is confident, well presented and kind. He knew and understood our neighbourhood. Our house sold on the day of the auction, and as Harcourts promised, we were in charge of the process. Matt is paired with a fantastic auctioneer and support team, and we are very happy with the outcome. There was good energy and atmosphere on the day in the auction room too. Let Matt sell your house!
