I would happily recommend Matt to anyone wishing to sell their property as I found him great to work with. He has been professional in every way and quietly persistent in helping me achieve the sale I was looking for. He arranged an auction to begin with and while it attracted some keen bidding it did not quite reach the level I was after he quietly continued to keep in touch with people that were keen and still sought out others that had not been to the auction and in the end a few months later someone suitable was found.
