We met Matt back in February this year in our quest to buy a house in the university area. We finally had success when we purchased a property through him late May. We live in the BOP, had minimal local knowledge & none of the student market. Over the past 3+ months Matt has had to deal with numerous questions & queries from us, & has arranged viewings of several properties (sometimes in person & sometimes remotely with our son who is attending university there). Matt has always been super prompt with his answers & help, always straight up. He has provided really sound advice. Other agents from other companies were definitely less motivated. I'm no fan of real estate agents in general but Matt is excellent. I'm sure Matt could teach the older / more experienced agents a thing or two. In the current market it doesn't take much to sell a house, but we think Matt would definitely be a go-to guy when the market is less buoyant & you need an agent to go out of their way to market your property & maximise its return. On the flip side as a buyer he's a super helpful guy to work with. We can't recommend Matt enough.
