We had the best experience with Matt selling a rental we owned for over 20 years. In an unusual market and somewhat crazy times, Matt made a plan with us, off market, so no advertising or staging costs. Within a short time he had 2 good offers for us. The first did not complete and he worked hard to get the second one over the line. There were a number of obstacles during the process, which were quite daunting to us, but Matt took them in his stride. He was available, reliable, honest, calm, and positive at every turn, and through every drama. He stuck to the plan and saw it through. Selling a house is not like it used to be! Matt's availability is really extraordinary. He must have a very supportive wife!!
