We only began looking at houses at the Mount for sale on the web after tea last Wednesday Night. We liked 57 Gardenier Drive, and rang Matt, the agent at Tremains, Papamoa, at 9pm. He told us there were already two other offers, and he would be showing these to the owners the following afternoon. He immediately rang the owners, who agreed at that late hour to allow us to view the house at 11 am next morning. Next day, after viewing other houses for sale from outside before our appointment with Matt, we viewed his house with Matt at 11am and liked it. As a result we made an offer at 1pm that day. At 3pm Matt rang us to advise that our offer had been accepted - 20 hours after we began looking at houses for sale on the Trademe website.
