Amazing Service - went above & beyond!

We first met Mathew at the open home. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to speak with - he built a good rapport effortlessly with us. He showed great knowledge of the Pyes Pa area and surrounding suburbs and was able to let us know all the local facilities and benefits of buying in this area. During the buying process he was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very professional in his approach. Mathew was a very clear communicator and responded quickly to all requests. He was very positive about outcomes to do with the home which helped build good trust with us in the process of purchasing this home. Mathew negotiated well with the vendors to ensure all checks were done and any minor work to be done on the home (that arose from the building report) was rectified before settlement date. He worked very well with our Mortgage broker Jack and other key people too. Mathew was there for us at every step – pre-settlement checks & then on/around settlement day. He went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly in all areas! We were blown away by his kindness and his genuine nature and would absolutely work with him again in the future.
