An incredible agent (and team!) From day one very clear expectations were set, communication channels opened and we were kept 110% up to date on everything. Being on the other side of the world, Matt, Pearl and team went above and beyond, arranging lockboxes, handymen to help fix maintenance issues ahead of the sale and also to work some silly hours to ensure that we were always in the loop. Honest, friendly and bloody good at their jobs - they got a sale price for us right on our expectations despite all the war and economic uncertainty.

We were so impressed the first time we sold with Emma and team there was no question who we were going to use this time around. Once again we followed her advice about the property to the letter which gave us a great property that had all the obstacles to a sale removed. We made good use of her recommended tradespeople and assorted professionals to ensure the house was fresh, clean, and tidy. All did a lovely job to a high standard. I've gone on a bit but it's because I am Team Emma all the way. She is savvy and entertaining, and she has surrounded herself with a great team who led us through the process and with clear and responsive communication which made everything very very simple.
The experience was made easy with a plan put in place early on and a support network that followed it. The result that we achieved was above our expectations and we would happily use their expertise in the future.
