She knew the area very well, and was up to date with the market. She ran the open homes in a very professional manner, and followed up with all the visitors and did a weekly report.

Good follow up of interested parties, also with other agents and their buyers, making it easy for them to view the property with their potential buyers which opened up the number of registered bidders for the auction, which in turn meant a successful outcome at the auction.

Mary was relaxed and easy to talk things through with and to help us make the right calls when it came to listing. This was during the Level 3/Level 2 "crazy season" in mid-late 2021. The open homes took place during the masked-up/one bubble at a time period and went very smoothly. We had the support we needed during the auction process, which resulted in a very positive result for us. After that the wheels started to wobble when the buyers went quiet and tried to pull out and eventually became hostile parties. Throughout that very trying (and late) settlement process Mary maintained good communication with us and continued to treat the hostile buyers in a fully professional way.
