TBH I choose Mary Ann above my local very high selling real estate agents as she appeared honest & sincere. My house was a sell is, due to incomplete renovation. Mary Ann was hard working travelling 100 to 120 kms in & out to open the house. A couple of contractual errors made due to a misunderstanding which was picked up & corrected, the other was missed.
