I found Martin to be honest and forth right. He states facts and calls a spade a spade, (apposed to telling you want you want to hear). He always left the lines of communication open and was easy to get hold of (all though I would of preferred less texts and more calls). Overall I found Martin to be patient with a claim professional demeanor, all the makings of a top agent.
Marin is a very helpful person and he has a deep knowledge of customer services to achieve satisfaction. He a very good communicator and has the ability to read his clients mind and anticipate their needs.
Having been enthusiastic cynics of the real estate industry for many years, we chose Arizto on price point and thought "How bad could they really be." To our great surprise Martin and the Arizto team were not only professional but exceeded our expectations. The photos were fantastic, all critical documents (LIM, title, Meth test etc) were ordered and paid for from the get go and the best part.... everything was completed online which meant there was no running to and fro, signing documents, scanning, emailing. We could view all information through our own online login - including open home times, buyer feedback, status of offers, the listing itself etc. Martin himself had been calling us with market updates relevant to our property well before we listed with him. This was one of the reasons we went with him - we knew he was knowledgable and already selling in the area. Martins communication has been fantastic. He offers very quick response times, is easy to talk to and combined with a bit of humour made this process very easy. We would not hesitate in using Martin and Arizto again, or recommending them. After several sales and purchases we have found their service far superior to the competition.... for a 3rd of the price. When will the real estate industry catch up to these guys?
