Martin helped the reviewer sell this property

Easy and relaxed couple to deal with , thank you Penelope and Martin

As I am of the older generation, and dealing with the sale without nearby support of close family, both Martin and Penelope really filled in the gaps . Their knowledge of all things that could pop up (and did) was extremely valuable and their support was gratefully received. Thank you Penelope and Martin.
