Good market knowledge realistic approach understood my objectives, Selling by auction was a new experience for me but this was done very efficiently and i was able to witness via what’s app video , Very very well done The required paper work done on line was also efficient and seamless A very good experience/ result all conducted on line / what app I had very briefly met Martin on my last visit to Blockhouse Bay in 2025 when i nipped to the office one lunch hour and he very amicably engaged with me .

From the get-go, Martin was friendly, responsive, and quick to volunteer information. As new details became available, he kept us informed and was always willing to explain things further. He was very accommodating with our requests and never made us feel like we were being a bother. He’s open and clearly takes pride in his integrity. He also has a strong knowledge of the market and is happy to share it when asked. It’s evident that he genuinely cares about the vendors he represents, while also wanting a good outcome for buyers. All-round, a fantastic agent and a genuinely wonderful person.
