Exceeded expectations in every way

Martin had been recommended to me by people I trusted so I was comfortable to work with him but nothing could have prepared me for the professionalism and commitment that he provided. I’ve bought and sold a number of properties and my experience has always been that agents promise much and deliver less. With Martin nothing could have been further from this. It started with him not being pushy and understanding that I needed to take my time to make a decision. He was also realistic on pricing and the final sale price was right in his expected range. However it was when it came to the preparation of the property that he really showed his caliber. I live abroad so undertaking work such as painting and re-carpeting would have been enormously challenging. Martin took on all of the responsibility for finding tradesmen and monitoring the work through to completion. He took all of the pain and difficulty out of this sale for me and I am very grateful. I would work with Martin again in a heartbeat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to any prospective seller.
