Suspected a good choice - suspected right

I found value in the other reviews here and could discern from patterns that Martin was going to be the agent I needed, including and especially in respect of all-important negotiation skills. In a final pressured run to the finish line, he was indeed the agent I needed, getting the job done when I was perilously close to losing the property I was under contract for - and getting across the line was, in the words of the agent for my next property "very very rare". I even appreciated his fair and realistic appraisal at the outset, preferring realism to being talked up and inevitably talked down as can happen (not that his appraisal under-pitched at all, just didn't blow smoke to get the contract). Nice chap too. Would deal again, but I'm out of his jurisdiction now (because I got the property!)
