About Mark

Mark has been licensed and selling real estate in Mount Maunganui since August 1988, providing excellent service and skill to achieve the best result for his clients. Originally from Te Awamutu and always holidaying at Mount Maunganui in the family bach in Muricata Avenue, and knowing what a special place the Mount is, my wife Christine and I moved here in 1988 with our baby Olivia. Our family grew with Michael, Linda and Hilary arriving to become a family of six. Mount Maunganui is a wonderful place to live and provides plenty of opportunities to enjoy what it has to offer: swimming at the beach, walks, sports, shopping (my wife has two shoe shops, shoe&me and Crocs), fishing and boating, restaurants and cafes. Having a full AREINZ real estate license and a Massey University Diploma in Business Studies (with Endorsments in Real Estate), being owner and director of a real estate business for seventeen years and now selling for Harcourts Advantage Realty (and licensed under the REAA), I am well qualified in real estate and very keen to work hard to sell your property at the best price possible by providing the best marketing available for maximum exposure. Experienced and Professional

Mark sold my aunt's house for me after her passing. He was very knowledgeable on the local areas as well as being professional in what he did, he put a lot of effort into open homes, at times running two per weekend. Mark is also a likeable guy and I enjoyed the time that I spent with him. I would recommend him highly.

Gets Results

Frequent and clear communication about progress and activity on listing. Best knowledge of Mount Maunganui and market. Very experienced agent, nothing is too complex and he makes it simple. Works hard from listing until settlement. Have bought and sold using Mark and would use again- highly recommend as he gets the result you are after.
