Mark has sold two houses for me The sales been quite a few years apart but the sales of both houses were great getting people to auctions is difficult enough but with half a dozen open homes and a handful of people to come to the auction and bid looks quite easy for both seller and purchaser but without the hard ground work that mark put in no Sales would be possible. he followed up on all people that entered the open day and spoke to me about everyone that came.
