Mark provided us with an excellent line of communication keeping us informed each step of the way which was required with the delicate situation we had. Mark worked efficiently and provided us with key markers and information along the way of the auction process which led to a successful sale at auction. Thank you.

Very good service from first phone call kept up to date through the whole process very good marketing and video

We are really happy that we chose to go with the Barfoot and Thompson team to sell our two properties. Mark was there from day one, ensuring the listings were well prepared, arranging and assisting with photoshoots, writing up the property descriptions in an honest and enticing way and attending to all of the open homes with a good deal of enthusiasm. His suggestions and guidance on various matters was most helpful and his attendances after the sales invaluable. Mark went over and above what we would have expected to ensure that everyone was happy, both purchasers and vendors.. We would truly recommend Mark to anyone looking at selling their property.

Mark has been exceptional from the beginning. From the very first emails of communication before we decided to list our property with him, he was responsive, clear and always open to chat. When our house was on the market, Mark knew what our end goal was and worked hard to full-fill our requirements. He was always available to discuss things and went above and beyond what I thought was required of him. With Leilani, who was also exceptional, we got a better outcome than what we had hoped for, and a smooth settlement. I would absolutely recommend Mark and Leilani to anyone thinking of selling. We appreciate your expertise.

All interactions with Mark and the team at Barefoot were great. Mark always arrived every Sunday for our open homes full of enthusiasm and optimism. This was no easy task at times during Covid so we thank you for that. We can also not forget he was the star of our video footage.
