Mark was very attentive right from when we began the process of selecting an agent to sell my mothers house. He went above and beyond and even bought his own mower around and mowed the lawns before photos were taken. He was totally professional throughout and kept us well informed. He has a great team of contacts which made our jobs easier, a stager, cleaner and even a garage car expert that we used. I was really impressed that he dealt with EQC and insurance companies to help his potential buyers get the information they needed. The Harcourts processes and Marks attention to detail helped our house sell under the hammer after spirited bidding.
