I was impressed with Mark from the moment I engaged in a three-agent bake-off for the sale of my uncle's house. Mark was punctual, clear and pragmatic in his approach, with none of the excessive salesmanship or smoke-blowing fluffery that sometimes characterizes the industry. Mark's enthusiasm was infectious, his energy boundless and his communication constant.
